CIS 213B
A circumscribed area in the mucosa shows alteration of the epithelium, with crowding of the glands accompanied by variation in shape, size and orientation of epithelial cells. The cells do not show an infiltrative growth pattern; the proliferation is limited to the mucosa, remains in situ.
