Squamous carcinoma of tongue(low) 259A
Tongue with in situ and infiltraing squamous carcinoma. The squamous epithelium covering the surface of the tongue is replaced at one edge by poorly organized in situ carcinoma. Nests of cells with squamous differentiation are invading underlying soft tissue. There is inflammation at the tumor margin.
