How To Create Announcements
Announcements are an easy way to remind students about updates and important events. You can also link an announcement to a content area.
adding an announcement
- Control Panel > Course Tools > Announcements > Add Announcement

- Click Add Announcement > Type in the announcement subject and message
- (Optional – To link an Announcement to another content area > Click Browse > Select content area location > Click Submit)
- Click Submit to post your announcement > Click OK
- Return to the main course area to preview your announcement
- To modify / remove your announcement > Control Panel > Course Tools > Announcements > Select Modify or Remove > Submit > OK
