079B	Diabetes w/ KW lesion (high)
In the glomeruli there is diffuse glomerular sclerosis (diffuse increase in mesangial matrix with mild focal prolifration of mesangial cells) and nodular glomerulosclerosis, so called Kimmelstiel- Wilson nodules. They are in the mesangial core and surrounded by capillary loops.
