Use this diagram to review the deep perineal space from its deep origin just superficial to the pelvic diaphragm to completion of the anal triangle, composed mostly of fat and anus,  through structures occupying the deep perineal space. Use this composite diagram to review the structures that have been introduced.  Review the various layers until you are sure that you understand the relationship of one to the other.
